Sperm Sexing Technology (SST) will enable the producers of dairy, swine and beef animals to predetermine the sex of offspring prior to conception, thereby maximizing productivity, profitability, and genetic potential. In virtually every sector of commercial animal breeding there is the clear preference for one sex over the other. The Company is not aware of any large scale commercial competitor. The technology does not involve genetic modification, is non-invasive, and the Company believes the technology should not require regulatory approval.
